Photo Shoots with Models - For Art or For Lust?

Hi bros, there are many guys out there who would engage models for photoshoots. Some say it's a hobby, others say it's an art because they like to take the human form. Whilst there are those who claim that they are photographers because they wanted to test out their DSLR. Hold and behold! Not everyone who owns a DSLR can say that he is a photographer just because he owns one. Many can't even hold the DSLR well and takes shitty pictures and switch them to auto mode instead of using AV, TV or Manual mode during photo shoots because they don't know. They only think of Bukake instead of Bokeh effect.

Some do it for lust because they wanted to see a girl's body in lingerie or bikini and if possible, takes nude pics of them, befriend them and probably want to have sex with them. And so they engaged these models. Also these so-called photographers do it in the legal way as they paid the models for the shoots and for lingerie shoots, it is usually done in a hotel room. In this way, they won't be caught for voyeurism.I'm not referring to professional photographers who are paid to do their jobs. Instead, these so-called photographers aren't paid and in the other way round, they paid the models instead for their time to shoot, i.e. paid shoots.

I'm speaking from the inner-self and inner lust of things here. How many actually believe that such shoots are for the purposes of art? And if it's a hobby, why must take shoots of girls especially those young and hot models and not focus shoots on other genres like nature, birds, buildings, etc.? How many of you out there who have experienced in such shoots actually stim, cock erected hard and long and 2IC crying out loud wanting to get out from the suffocated pants inside you and spurt out your sperm? How many had blue-balls syndrome after the shoots? How many actually had a hard-on and the models can see the bird shape growing especially if you purposely decided not to wear any underwear but in loose pants? How many masturbated after the photoshoots?

Do you actually think that those models whom these so-called photographers have engaged them for paid shoots are so naive that they believe that it is for the sake of art? The models probably won't believe them as actually they are street smart and have roughed it out there which makes them so daring to model for photoshoots and meet strangers alone in a hotel room for shoots. The models are just doing it as a job to supplement their income and they would act nice, demure and innocent so that they will get the trust of these photographers and if they take pity on these models, will give extra tips and other incentives to them. It's a win-win situation for these models as they don't want to burn bridges as they look forward to more paid shoots from them in future. So they will act innocent and be nice to these photographers so that they will be contacted again for more business. These models just don't want to offend anyone unless someone crossed the line. Actually it is considered very safe to do lingerie or boudoir shoots alone with a photographer or a group of photographers as seldom we come across such cases where models got raped or murdered in a hotel room during photoshoots. If it's in other countries, many of our models would probably have been raped or killed...and there won't be any models left to dare take on such business.

Because of this, how many so-called photographers actually became smitten to these models, fell for them and then some even started to harass them until things turn ugly?

But for the lucky ones with deep pockets and models who will do anything for $$$, how many are successful to bed them and fuck them, becoming their sugar daddies, be proud to be seen going out with a tall and young pretty girl holding him close by her side?

I agree with TS that most are doing it for lust. Sometimes, I am tempted to too.

I am an amateur photographer that recently is picking up studio photography (I used to take landscapes and environmental portraitures). I was terrified of studio lightings. Nowadays, with lightings from China so affordable, I finally took the plunge into studio photography. Sometimes, when I look at other photographers' work on nudes or boudoir photography, I wish I have the same talent to make erotic pictures looks artistic. However, when I did try my hand on it, the result was terrible. I mean the lightings of those shots were ok, but I have no idea how to pose the subject (which happen to be my wife). Back to what TS said, once a photo is taken, Art or Lust will be very obvious. Lust will be something like the photos I shot. and Art will be, well artistic.

At any rate, lust or art, if the photographers are willing to pay and the models are willing to take the money and pose, who are we to say anything about it.

For now, I will just stick to normal (fully clothed) studio shoots.

Ask yourself what makes you take the first step of being a female body photographer or nude photography?

A) Because you have a great photography skills and talent of capturing the female body in its finest form?

IMO. Depending on the quality of the models and the photographer.

For some. it's really perversion, and if this is the case, then it's really just lust, and the model quality don't matter at all.

I must disagree that model who accept these kind of gig is prepared to have sex for $$$. rather, majority are naïve enough to believe it's done in the name of art. but instate got a very rude shock by the photographer roving hands.

many years ago, I manage to peek through the curtain of the photography studio of Playboy asia and saw the models in action. My immediate feeling? nothing.. just. Wow they did it just behind a curtain.. and I ask my friend, you all do this just behind a curtain ah? he just LOL it's basically another days work for them. Hence, what we see on print is really very different in real life.

Those who do it for art. IMO. They will lust over the print rather then during the shoot, and I have seen photographer with popular magazines in action.. They don't give chance one.. some are like army RSM. can scold like nobody business until model cry.. eh.. chee bye.. you think you Hollywood a lister ah.. knn if scared people see your chee bye. dress up. go home.. get the fuck out of my studio!!.. I've done some nude photography for escorts who wanted photos to use in their on line advertising profiles.

Men cannot multitask so I can assure you that in none of the shoots I did was I ever sexually aroused for the simple reason that there are so many other parameters to worry about during the session.

Neither did I ever book any of the escorts I shot because I just wouldn't feel comfortable. It would be really awkward.

If you want nude images to look artistic rather than explicit the trick is to concentrate on contrast and curves and not nitty gritty details.

Tbh, I have dated and also bedded a few models whom I have shoots with. So long the $$$ is right. But not all are willing to do it. And these models whom I have bedded are quite well known names in this circle and are the popular, young and pretty ones. Some bros here maybe able to second guess their names who the models are.

There are also models who are actually FL. But not all models are FLs although some are very open. Usually for the FLs, they do have their FL code of conduct as they will not bed a photographer who has done shoots with her as they usually want to draw a line between photo shoots and FL work. I think the FL code of conduct is not written anywhere or or there is anyone who taught them how to do it, it just comes out naturally in them, I guess.

The models cum FL will reject the photographers and say that they work with them only because they want to do nice photo shoots. But the actual reason is because they don’t want to get involved with the photographers and are afraid that the photographers will later expose them. The models will rather earn their FL money through another solely for fucking her cunt client instead. Then what will that photographer do who got rejected? He only has to go back and masturbate himself by wanking his cock hard!

And does anyone here actually fuck the models after photo shoots? I had a few experiences…just need to show $$$ after all, $$$ talks

2nd, i agree with boss sam, when i take photo seriously, it is difficult to admire the model lah, instead what i feel is pressure because time is ticking away and i got to get the photos right. Is the exposure correct? Check the model pose, check her expression, make sure got some bokeh, bla bla bla...... No time to drool over the model!

This is the law worldwide. But you cannot use photo for commercial. eg, sell to use as advert. For that, you'll need model to sign model release.
