Yah lor, went down to Petain Road, shocked that many houses closed. Hse 9 put up a notice saying Off Today. Went to Hse 14 & pasted on the mirror was a PUB letter saying that water supply will be disrupted for 10 mins within the said period.

Very few wls open for business. Hse24R33 LaiLai at least 2 brothers waiting outside. An drunk Indian/Bangla was sleeping on the floor outside Hse11. Hse14R8 got a notice saying balek kampong bye bye but was dated 10/7/2010.
