Bro, sorry to say you really facing more problem and kinda screwed...

1) Your age 30s+ still did not specialize in any field
2) You do not have a minimum qualification required by most employers.
3) You screwed up your previous job thus when you go for interview your potential employers will do a reference check (thus they wont hire you)

Well I screwed up in my previous job as well and also lack of qualification thus very hard to find a new job. Study night class is a god damn tiring thing but seriously tell yourself no matter what you must pull through when come to your study.

Poor, despair, in debts because of my business fail, almost go bankrupt, being look down even by own own brother. Let me tell you, don't despair. Don't depend on anyone to solve your problem..They only 'hor hor hor' and laugh behind your back. All these fuckers will not help..

I think you need to Settle your career and finance first. If retail line still no luck for you, why not try another indudustry? There are still alot of jobs that no need much education but still give quite a decent pay, like security guard, taxi driver, logistic etc. I know they always in need of people.

Did you buy a HDB flat when you get married? If have, since your wife is not here, why not rent out the flat and stay with your parents? This will lessen your burden abit.

As for your studies, it know is hard to communicate with your coursemate because of the generation gap. But try your best to complete it. If you really cannot complete it or fail your course, dun despair. Like i said, there is still alot of jobs still in need of people. Take course like taxi course, or class 4 license course. All this course can secured job with quite a decent salary and no need any much qualification. Then from there, try to look for other alternative to earn second income, like maybe start a small business, do sideline etc. Nowadays alot of ppl sell online thing to earn extra money as a partime.

As for your wife, is it really necessary to give 1k so much? Why not totally cut connection with her and don't remit any money for her? MIA from her. What pass is she holding now? If currently she is not holding any pass, dun apply for her any pass/visa to come back to singapore. I think it will save you quite a trouble and money also. Dun bother about her life over there. She already have her PRC boyfriend to take of her liao.. And tell you something, nowadays PRC ppl alot are rich ppl, acting poor in Singapore.

The viet run away with the kids is betting that you will give her the money. You will have to tell off the viet and say that you are not working. At least that will help you to save some money for yourself.

As far as job is concern, its all up to you which job you can do. Age of 30+ is not so easy to find a high salary job for your qualification. There are still jobs out there.

1. Security
2. Food and Beverage

Above are the two that always need workers but the pay may be not so attractive. They do not need high qualifications. All you need to do is to get a job first. Change job later when you can find a better one.

Some of the bros opinions are quite useful.

Best is to get a temporary job, be it what kind of job. Right now you can't be so choosy about the work. The 2nd step after you got yourself a job is to try to get your twins kid back to Sg. Once after you got your kid, I believe you no need to bother with your wife who had left you for the PRC guy.

1k sgd is a lot of money, rather by giving her these money, you hire some one, to babysit cost you less than that. And you able to see your own flesh blood after a day of hard work.

Remember what doesn't kill you MAKES you stronger!

on my studies front, i was a sec 3 dropout and only managed to get my O levels at the age of 32. Had to beg the poly authorities to take me in and posted me to a cold course that nobody wanted. I had a hard time coping as my foundation in maths were very weak.. night classes are really screwed up. and i had problems interacting with my classmates due to age gap and they were saying unpleasant stuff behind my back. i didn't talk much to them initially and was labelled unfriendly. when i tried talking to them i was labelled as a pedo. whatever i do im fucked.

applied for a bursary and got it but it only pays a portion of sch fees. With all these issues i was so depressed i thought of killing myself. but now i have decided to strengthen up and try my best to make money. i hope if any bros here have any lobangs pls intro me.
