Dear bro,
That week before national day (end july) i went to NSH for so fun and meet the boss, he mention about NBJ having hard time on the Licenses that has been dragging for so long... and they have paid 4 over months on the rental of the new place without operation. $$$ .

Also did anyone notice the operation hour is different too at NBJ( temp only) starts 12pm-6pm and 7pm to 12am.

will update more if hear more news.

Where got ppl open a PUB KTV without all licenses approval
What is not approval ? all money throw away right

They are also in a difficult position.
It is becoz you have to get a place before you applied for a license.
So this result in rental started.

Even for renovation, you have to apply license.
After renovation, still have to get Fire clearance.

I understand that all this take times. If you do step by step, a lot of time wasted as well. Not easy for them to manage as well.

I have try last time. But the shareholders cannot come to a conclusion.
So decided to close case. The one now at lor 12... Rental not so expensive also.

Bro, i think the boss bullshit u about the rental thing leh.

the rental agreement he signed was once open for business then start pay rental. i quite sure about that.
