Hi bro Midnightiger,

It's not a medicine but a specialised medical procedure called extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, a nonsurgical n painless process which will pulverise stones in the kidney and/or ureter into tiny pieces like grains of sand. They are so small that they will pass in ur urine.

Your urologist may need to exclude metabolic/endocrine causes of kidney stones by blood tests, etc.
