TS my first advice to you is to get in shape. It may be difficult but if you really want to get out of the pathetic situation you're in now then that is a first step.

I am not talking about dieting but exercising and you will see alot of other benefits like better health and even a better self confidence which helps alot when you are going after girls. If you dun even have confidence in yourself how do you expect people to have confidence in you?

So get off that computer and hit the gym or go for a run today. If you're fat then you probably need to watch what you eat too. If you can start an exercise program and healthy eating and stick to it i can guarantee you will post something positive here in 4 weeks time.

So what are you waiting for?

Go and get a gym membership tomorrow, not expensive in some community centre. Work out your frustrations, that involve good cardio. YOU and your HEALTH are FAR more important! Don't waste a moment worrying about women right now. You need to work on your body and mind. Get your confidence, self respect, self control back. After that everything in your whole life will magically fall into place and the women will be falling into your bed.
