MMMF and GB will have to involve ANAL. At best she is not experienced for such events. She has to progress from MMF with ANAL to events. You need to train her or get someone who is experienced in events to train her. 400 / pax is not worth it if she is not into ANAL. All the rest I agree with you as it is about respect.
