You gotta hunt for street fighters yourself on the streets and then go to the hotels!!! That's the SOP if i'm not wrong!!! I'm also a noob here!! So not in a good position to advise!!!

They normally start from $10/room/hour.. some will charge a few dollars more but it's pretty much the same rate for most of the hotels.

My choice would be Hotel 81 first.
The rest of the hotels are so so as compared to 81, in my opinion.

hotels are comfortable to stay in, not the best place to bong in my experience. Some house offer u room at $10/hr and the room is best to bong in, all 4 walls got mirror and even the ceiling haha, u can see clearly from all sides... same price as hotel81 and even provide u with cap... at a small cost of cause.
As for location of these houses... go find yourself ba, most walkers usually know where they are too haha
